Cinderella Combined Rehearsal Information

Please note that while every effort has been made to be as accurate as possible there may be some errors in these schedules - if you notice something odd you need to let Mrs Frost know urgently so that she can sort it out! Because it is very difficult to predict weeks ahead what needs the most attention it is sometimes necessary to change things or call added rehearsals to ensure all dancers are confident and comfortable with their roles. Please be understanding if you or your child are affected by such changes and do not take it out on the staff - we are doing the best we can to ensure all dancers go on stage confident and secure in their roles.

PLEASE NOTE THAT REHEARSALS WILL NOT ALWAYS RUN TO TIME AND WILL NOT BE OFFICIALLY FINISHED UNTIL THE HALL HAS BEEN TIDIED UP. ON THE SUNDAYS THIS INCLUDES REMOVING ALL THE SETS FROM THE HALL. WE HAVE TO HAVE YOUR HELP WITH THIS SO PLEASE DO NOT JUST RUN OUT IF YOU CAN SEE THAT THERE ARE JOBS TO BE DONE! YOU WILL BE TOLD WITHIN THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS WHICH NIGHTS EACH CAST IS DANCING

Once we reach these rehearsals ALL normal class times cease - there is a special timetable posted for SENIOR STUDENTS which they need to follow through this period as there will still be classes and some rehearsals as needed but all JUNIOR STUDENTS will only be asked to attend their COMBINED REHEARSALS. As this may involve time and /or day changes please read this carefully and CHECK with a staff or committee member if unsure.

CHARACTER CLASSES: because you are all also in Cinderella you need to check with Miss Kirsty which junior combined rehearsals you need to attend - we do not expect that you will need to attend all of them!

The detailed schedule will be posted on the noticeboard by the start of combined rehearsals - please look out for it. We will also send home notes with the children - look out for these in their bags as well! It is expected that jazz and tap will begin at 1.30pm and the junior ballet at 3.00pm. We hope to start the first run through of Cinderella at 5.00pm and the 2nd run at 9.00pm.
